Everyone who later verifies an address at the same domain joins automatically and sees every site, report and connection. There is no invitation step and nothing to administer. They sign in. You can revoke it. Any member can share a report by entering an email address. The recipient gets an email naming you and the site, with no findings or figures in it. They sign in and see that one report, read-only, for ninety days by default, renewable. Any member of your company can revoke a share at any time. A report says things about a business, and those things should stay with people who have identified themselves. People at your company, anyone you share it with, and WP Creative support staff when you ask for help. A share sends an email; the recipient signs in to view. There are no public report links, exports or attachments. Why did my colleague appear in my account? Your company on PostCliq is your email domain. Everyone who verifies an address at the same domain joins automatically and sees the same sites and reports. Gmail, Outlook and other free-mail addresses form a personal account of one. If that does not suit your company, use a personal address. Can our agency and our team work from the same report? Yes, and that is the point of it. Your colleagues see it automatically by email domain; invite the agency by email and they sign in to the same report, read-only. Both sides look at the same evidence, dated, instead of a slide deck that is out of date by the next meeting. Can I share a report with someone who has a Gmail address? Yes. Sharing works with any email address. The recipient signs in with that address, by Google or a one-time code, and sees only the report you shared. A free-mail address never joins your company workspace; it stays a personal account of one. Can I stop a former colleague seeing our reports? Access follows your email domain, so anyone with a live mailbox on it can sign in. The company contact can remove a member in the People screen, and support can do it on request. Closing the mailbox is something only your company can do. What if my agency already added our site? Each website exists once on PostCliq. If your verified email domain matches the site, you automatically get read-only access to that report. If you want to run audits yourself, ask us to transfer the site; we confirm with both parties. What does the person I share with actually see? That one site’s report, read-only: the scores, the quick wins, and every finding with its evidence. They do not see your other sites, your connections or your people list, and they cannot run an audit. The email they receive names you and the site and carries no findings or figures. How do I sign in? Is there a password? There is no PostCliq password. You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email address. Signing in with Google connects none of your Google data; that is a separate step. Anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you, so keep that account secure. ## Audit your website.
