# Put movement in context.

PostCliq is a free website audit that starts from your public pages. Connect Google Analytics 4, Search Console or Microsoft Clarity and it adds what visitors actually did: which pages attract visits but few enquiries, which are slipping in search, where people get stuck. This page shows what that looks like.

**3 priorities**

A clearer next step.

PostCliq example · Find → Understand → Act

## Which visits become enquiries?

With Google Analytics connected, the report lists landing pages with their sessions, enquiries and enquiry rate for a window you choose. A page with thousands of sessions and a one per cent enquiry rate is where the audit findings earn their keep. Check the campaign-to-page message match, compare mobile and desktop completion, and verify the enquiry event before interpreting the gap.

- Sessions, enquiries and rate by landing page
- Twelve months, ninety days or twenty-eight days
- Aggregates only; no individual visitor data imported

Example data

**Google Analytics** Example data

Sessions **12,480**

Enquiries **187**

Enquiry rate **1.50%**

12 months example · choose a window Period

Consulting attracts attention. Its enquiry rate needs a closer look.

| Landing page | Sessions | Enquiries | Rate |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| /services | 4,200 | 84 | 2.00% |
| /consulting | 2,800 | 28 | 1.00% |
| /contact | 1,650 | 66 | 4.00% |

What should we investigate?

Open the source, confirm the date range and segment, then use the signal to choose a page-level check. This example is illustrative and is not an attribution claim.

## Which pages are losing attention in search?

With Search Console connected, the report shows clicks, impressions and click-through rate by page, with up to sixteen months of history. A page whose clicks are down twenty-two per cent is a signal. Whether the cause is query intent, a competitor, seasonality or an on-page problem is a question the audit findings help you answer, not one the chart answers on its own.

- Clicks, impressions and CTR by page and query
- Up to sixteen months of history on connection
- Visibility decline kept separate from on-page friction

**Google Search Console** Example data

Clicks **3,840**

Impressions **96,000**

Search CTR **4.00%**

Consulting clicks are down. Check query intent before rewriting the page.

| Search page | Clicks | Change | CTR |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| /services | 1,620 | +14% | 5.4% |
| /consulting | 720 | −22% | 2.1% |
| /insights | 540 | −9% | 3.6% |

What should we investigate?

## Where does the journey get stuck?

With Microsoft Clarity connected, behaviour signals arrive: dead clicks on elements that look clickable but are not, rage clicks, quick backs, scroll depth and active time. The report points you at the element and the page. The recordings stay in Clarity under your own access; PostCliq never imports them.

- Dead clicks, rage clicks and quick backs by page
- A next step for each signal, not a verdict
- Recordings stay in Clarity, under your permissions

Dead clicks are the strongest signal in this example. Inspect the clicked element.

| Dead clicks | 843 | 17.39% | Inspect target |
| Rage clicks | 53 | 1.09% | Review context |
| Quick backs | 299 | 6.17% | Check intent |

## Connect deliberately. Understand the window.

You pick the property, PostCliq asks for read-only scope, and recent data appears first while earlier history syncs. Every panel names its provider and window and carries an Example data chip when it is illustrative. Provider totals and session definitions differ, so numbers from different sources are never added together into a revenue claim.

- Read-only, per property, revocable
- Recent data first; history keeps syncing
- Sources never combined into a single loss figure

**Connections** Read only

- **Google Analytics 4** Harbour Advisory · GA4 property Connected

You pick the property. We only read. Disconnect keeps your saved history unless you delete it.

## How it works. Three steps.

### Enter your website.

Type your address on the homepage. PostCliq reads your public pages the way a careful visitor would. No login, no plugin, no card.

### Get your private report.

Create a free account while the checks run. Your report shows what was found, the evidence for it and three quick wins to make first.

### Fix, then recheck.

Make the change, run the next weekly audit and see whether it held. Connect Analytics, Search Console or Clarity when you want traffic context.

## Questions about traffic context.

Why is my website getting traffic but no enquiries?

Usually one of four things: the page does not match what the visitor searched for or clicked on, it loads slowly on a phone, the next step is unclear or hard to find, or the form asks too much. Sometimes it is tracking, and enquiries happen but are not counted. Connect Google Analytics and PostCliq shows which landing pages have the gap, beside the findings for those pages.

Why are my Search Console impressions up but clicks down?

Often because more answers now appear on the results page itself, in AI Overviews and other features, so people see your page listed without needing to click. It can also mean a page is ranking for broader queries it does not answer. PostCliq shows the trend by page and query; the findings for that page help you tell a search change from an on-page problem.

Do I have to connect anything to get a report?

No. The public audit and its quick wins work from your pages alone. Connections add context to the same findings; they are optional and read-only.

Will PostCliq tell me why traffic dropped?

It will show you where it dropped and put the website findings for those pages next to the chart. A decline is a signal to investigate, and the report says so; it is never presented as proof of a website-caused loss.

Which of these are available now?

Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads connect today, read-only, from your site’s Connections page. You can add your own business numbers to a report now.

How far back does the history go?

Search Console provides up to about sixteen months and PostCliq imports all of it. Google Analytics is imported back to the property’s creation date where Google allows. Recent dates arrive first so the report is useful within minutes; earlier history keeps syncing and the panel says so. Aggregates are kept while your account is active.

Will connecting Analytics change my score?

No. The public audit is immutable once it runs, and a connection never rewrites it. Connected data appears in its own panels, labelled by provider and date, beside the findings it puts in context. Declining a connection is never a penalty either: those checks show as not applicable and leave the score alone.

Can I see visits from ChatGPT and other AI assistants?

Yes, with Google Analytics connected. The Traffic panel counts sessions whose source is a recognised assistant host, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot or Claude, and shows any lead events they produced. The count is a floor, not a total: some assistants send no referrer, and Google’s own AI answers sit inside ordinary Google search traffic. It is kept separate from any claim about how often AI mentions you.
