A clearer meeting.
A useful Monday.

PostCliq is a free website audit that shows a marketing team what stops visitors becoming enquiries, with the evidence to explain it and three fixes to start with. Here is what that changes in practice.

Audit your website

Walk in with three priorities, not a forty-item list.

Most website audits produce a spreadsheet nobody owns. PostCliq produces three quick wins at the top, ranked by how directly they affect the enquiry journey and how much of the site they touch. The rest of the findings are still there, one click deeper, grouped by category. You leave the meeting with an owner and a next step, not a longer backlog.

  • Three things to do first, each a one-line headline
  • The full list grouped and reachable, never on the first screen
  • A plain-language consequence on every closed action

Three things you can do

01 / Speed

Lighten the homepage hero

02 / Journey

Ask less in your enquiry form

03 / Messaging

Make your next step unmistakable

Explain the recommendation, not just the score.

A score is a conversation starter. Evidence is what wins the budget. Each finding shows the page, the observation, the date and the reason it matters for enquiries, so when a developer or a director asks why, the answer is already on the screen. Hypotheses the model raised but could not confirm are labelled as questions to verify, never dressed up as findings.

  • Bring the evidence into the room instead of an opinion
  • Separate what was observed from what is only suspected
  • Screenshots and excerpts from your own site

Ask less in your enquiry form

Evidence
The enquiry form on /contact asks for 11 fields. Captured 19 Sep, desktop and mobile.
Consequence
Long forms are abandoned more often on phones, where 58% of this site’s sessions arrive.
Action
Cut the form to name, email and one question. Ask the rest after the first reply.
Verify
Recheck the page after the change and compare enquiries per session for the same period.

Every finding carries all four. No evidence, no finding.

Put a number on it, honestly.

When you need a business case, the opportunity range gives you one you can defend. It is built from a sourced traffic estimate and a governed benchmark, or from your own sessions, enquiry rate and deal value, and the assumptions sit beside it. It is labelled an estimate because it is one. Nobody will catch you claiming a loss that was never measured.

  • A defensible range, with its working shown
  • Your own numbers replace the defaults in the help panel
  • Never a claim of measured lost revenue

Replace any row with your own numbers and the range recomputes. It is never measured lost revenue.

Bring the whole team into one private report.

Everyone at your company domain sees the same report automatically. Invite your agency or a stakeholder by email and they sign in to view it. The developer sees the technical evidence, the writer sees the messaging findings, the director sees the three priorities. One source, no exports drifting around inboxes.

  • Colleagues join by email domain, no admin work
  • Agencies and clients invited by email, revocable
  • No public links, so a report never leaks by accident

Show the result next week.

Make the fix, let the next weekly audit run, and the history shows whether it held. Connect Analytics or Search Console and the traffic context sits next to the same findings, so you can say the enquiry rate on the services page moved after the form changed, and show the chart.

  • Weekly editions with the change between them
  • Rechecks under the same conditions as the original finding
  • Traffic and search context beside the fix, when you connect it

How it works.
Three steps.

Enter your website.

Type your address on the homepage. PostCliq reads your public pages the way a careful visitor would. No login, no plugin, no card.

Get your private report.

Create a free account while the checks run. Your report shows what was found, the evidence for it and three quick wins to make first.

Fix, then recheck.

Make the change, run the next weekly audit and see whether it held. Connect Analytics, Search Console or Clarity when you want traffic context.

Questions marketing teams ask.

Why is a website audit important?

Because the website is where paid, organic and referral traffic all end up, and a problem there taxes every channel at once. An audit finds the friction nobody on the team can see any more, such as a slow services page or a form that asks too much. It also turns a vague sense that the site underperforms into a short list with evidence, which is what gets a fix funded.

How long before a fix shows in our results?

The recheck is quick: the next weekly audit shows whether the change held. The effect on enquiries takes longer, because it needs enough visits to read, often a few weeks for a page with modest traffic. Connect Google Analytics and the enquiry rate for the page sits beside the fix, so you can watch it rather than guess.

What does the team actually do with the report on Monday?

Open the three quick wins and give each one an owner. The developer takes the speed and form findings, the writer takes the messaging findings, and the evidence for each is already on the screen. When a change is live, the next weekly audit rechecks the same page under the same conditions and the history shows whether it held.

Will it tell us how many enquiries we are missing?

No. A public crawl cannot count enquiries that did not happen, and PostCliq does not pretend to. Where a sourced traffic estimate and a benchmark exist, or where you enter your own numbers, the report shows what closing the enquiry-rate gap could be worth as an estimated range, with the assumptions listed. Connect Google Analytics and it shows your measured enquiry rate by landing page, which is a number you can act on.

How is this different from the audit our agency already gives us?

It is repeatable, weekly and free, and every finding carries the evidence and a way to verify the fix. It does not replace an agency’s judgement about your market or your campaigns. Many teams share the report with their agency so both sides work from the same evidence instead of a slide deck that is out of date by the next meeting.

Does PostCliq change my website?

No. PostCliq reads your public pages the way a visitor would and writes nothing to your site. It never logs in, never submits a form, never installs a plugin and never edits a campaign. The fixes are yours or your developer’s to make; the next weekly audit checks whether they held.

How long does an audit take?

You see a first look at your homepage while the full audit runs, and you create your free account in the same wait. The full report depends on how many public pages your site has and how quickly it responds; the progress strip shows real stages, not an invented countdown.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. PostCliq is free, with clear limits: one website for a brand or five client websites for an agency, one standard audit per site every 7 days, up to 50 public pages each. No credit card and no trial.
