Website or campaign?
The diagnosis to walk through when a prospect says their ads are not converting.
Website problem or campaign problemPostCliq is a free website audit that gives a sales or discovery conversation something real to stand on: what a prospect’s public pages actually do, with evidence, before you ask for anything. This page is the conversation flow, and where the lines are.
Audit a websiteAudit the prospect’s public site before the call. You walk in knowing the enquiry form asks for eleven fields, the services page loads slowly on a phone, and the search pages that matter are slipping. That is a conversation about their business, with screenshots, not a slide about yours. You confirm you are permitted to audit the site: it is public and you are assessing it in the ordinary course of business.
Every finding carries all four. No evidence, no finding.
A public audit cannot see what visitors did. If the prospect wants the traffic context, they connect their own Analytics or Search Console, read-only, in their own account. Deeper access is a separate, authorised step when it is available, never something you do on their behalf. The report says what was assessed and what was not, so nobody oversells the coverage.
A check that could not run is reported as not assessed, never as a pass.
Share the report by email and the prospect signs in to see it. Their colleagues at the same email domain join automatically; if their domain matches the site, they see it without a share. Nothing is exported or attached, and only context the prospect explicitly approved travels into a handoff. The opportunity range gives the conversation a scale, labelled as an estimate.
Share by email. The recipient signs in. Revoke any time. No public link exists.
The diagnosis to walk through when a prospect says their ads are not converting.
Website problem or campaign problemThe common reasons a site gets visits and no leads, in language a prospect recognises.
Why your website is not convertingGet the definition straight before you quote a prospect’s rate back to them.
What a conversion rate actually meansType your address on the homepage. PostCliq reads your public pages the way a careful visitor would. No login, no plugin, no card.
Create a free account while the checks run. Your report shows what was found, the evidence for it and three quick wins to make first.
Make the change, run the next weekly audit and see whether it held. Connect Analytics, Search Console or Clarity when you want traffic context.
Start with the three quick wins, then open the enquiry journey: how many fields the form asks for, whether the call to action is clear, and how the key service page loads on a phone. Pick one finding with a clear screenshot and a plain consequence, and open with that. One well-evidenced observation earns more of the call than ten generic ones.
Each site you add uses a slot in your allowance: one website for a brand, five sites across an agency, with one standard audit per site each rolling seven days. Extra slots come through qualifying referrals and partner tiers set by WP Creative. Each website exists once on PostCliq, so a site another company already holds has to be shared with you instead.
The public audit reads only what any visitor can see, behaves like a careful visitor, and identifies itself. You confirm you are permitted to request it: the site is public and you are assessing it in the ordinary course of business. Each site exists once on PostCliq; if the prospect later signs up with a matching email domain, they see their report automatically.
As an estimate, with its assumptions, yes. Removing the Estimate and coverage labels when you relay a finding is against the terms, and presenting the range as measured lost revenue would make the claim false.
PostCliq sends them nothing. The crawler identifies itself as PostCliqBot in their server logs, as an honest crawler should. If the prospect later signs up with an email address at the site’s domain, they automatically see the report for their own site, so audit as you would want to be audited.
No. Connections are made by the site owner in their own account, read-only, for the property they choose. Never ask a prospect for their Google credentials. If they want the traffic context, share the report, and they connect from inside it once they have signed in.
People at your company, anyone you share it with, and WP Creative support staff when you ask for help. A share sends an email; the recipient signs in to view. There are no public report links, exports or attachments.
WP Creative is a Sydney web design and development agency with more than ten years of website work, 1,200+ websites and 100+ five-star Google reviews. PostCliq packages the audit method the agency uses on client sites. Using PostCliq does not sign you up for the agency; talking to WP Creative is a separate, optional step.
