Terms and Conditions
The complete terms for using PostCliq. A plain-English summary comes first; the numbered sections are the agreement. The Privacy Policy is a separate document and forms part of it.
Summary in 60 seconds
- What PostCliq is
- A website audit service run by WP Creative. You enter a public website address. We read the public pages, run checks and give you a private report of what to fix first, with the evidence behind each finding.
- What it costs
- Nothing today. There are limits: one site for a brand, five for an agency, and one standard audit per site each rolling seven days. Paid plans are not offered yet. We will tell you before anything changes.
- Who sees your reports
- People at your company. If you sign up with a company email address, everyone who verifies an email at the same domain joins your company automatically and sees all of its sites and reports. Free-mail addresses such as Gmail form a personal account. You can share a report with anyone; they must sign in to see it. There are no public links or downloads.
- Emails
- While your account is active you receive service messages (report ready, report shared with you, colleague joined, security) and our newsletter and product updates. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from any message. Service messages continue while the account exists.
- Estimates and AI
- A money figure in a report is an estimated range built from sourced inputs, never measured lost revenue. AI models help find and explain problems; our code does the arithmetic. AI output is help, not certification.
- Benchmarks
- We do not put your measurements into an industry benchmark unless you switch contribution on. If you do, your name, your domain and your own figures never appear, and you can switch it off again at any time, for free.
- Law
- New South Wales, Australia. The Privacy Policy is a separate document at /privacy and forms part of this agreement.
The summary helps you read the document. The numbered sections are the agreement.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1 PostCliq is operated by Naphix Pty Ltd, trading as WP Creative (ABN 65 610 345 198), of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "WP Creative" mean that company. "PostCliq" and "the service" mean the website at postcliq.com, the application at app.postcliq.com, and everything we provide through them.
1.2 "You" means the person who creates or uses an account. If you use PostCliq for a business, you confirm that you are permitted to accept these terms for that business, and "you" includes the business.
1.3 These terms and the Privacy Policy at /privacy are one agreement. You accept them by continuing past the sign-in step, where the words "By continuing, you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy" appear, or by using the service. If you do not agree, do not use PostCliq.
1.4 These terms apply only to PostCliq. Work you engage WP Creative to do on your website is covered by WP Creative's separate service terms, not by this document.
2. The free service and its limits
2.1 PostCliq is currently free. We do not ask for a payment card.
2.2 Free does not mean unlimited. Every audit costs us real money to run. The current allowances are:
| Account type | Site slots | Audit cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Brand | 1 site | 1 standard audit per site per rolling 7 days |
| Partner (agency) tier 1 | 5 client sites across the whole company | 1 standard audit per site per rolling 7 days |
| Partner tier 2 | 10 sites | the same |
| Partner tier 3 | 15 to 20 sites, set per partner | the same |
2.3 A standard audit covers up to 50 selected public pages and a small number of rendered page checks. Some sites will have fewer eligible pages. The report shows how many pages were assessed. The short public look you can run before creating an account reads a handful of pages only and is not a standard audit.
2.4 Partner tiers are set by WP Creative at its discretion, based on the working relationship and the clients a partner has introduced. They are not commissions and are not for sale. WP Creative may change a tier with notice and a reason.
2.5 We may change allowances, cadences and limits. We will give reasonable notice inside the product or by email before a change that reduces what you already have. Changes that add to your allowance may take effect immediately.
2.6 Paid plans are not offered yet. Anything labelled "coming soon" is a statement of intent, not an offer. We do not make price comparisons against plans that cannot be bought, and we do not claim a dollar "value" for the free audit.
3. Your account
3.1 Signing in
3.1.1 You sign in with a verified email address or with Google. We do not store a password for you. A sign-in code or link is for you alone; do not forward it.
3.1.2 You must be at least 18 years old and using PostCliq for business purposes.
3.1.3 Keep your email account secure. Anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you.
3.2 Company access by verified email domain
Please read this section carefully. It describes how access works.
3.2.1 Your company is your email domain. When you verify an email address at a company domain (for example [email protected]), you join the PostCliq company for yourcompany.com.au. If none exists, one is created and you choose whether it is a Brand or a Partner (agency) company.
3.2.2 Colleagues join automatically. Everyone who later verifies an email address at the same domain joins the same company. There is no invitation or approval step. Every member of a company can see every site the company has added, every report, who else is a member, connection status and usage.
3.2.3 You are responsible for your domain. Because access follows your email domain, anyone who holds a mailbox on that domain can see your company's sites and reports. This includes contractors and former staff whose mailbox is still active. It is your responsibility to control who holds a mailbox on your domain. If your company would not be comfortable with this, use PostCliq with a personal free-mail address instead, or do not add sites you would not want colleagues to see.
3.2.4 Free-mail addresses form a personal account. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Proton and similar addresses never form a shared company. Two Gmail users are never joined together. A personal account can still share and refer.
3.2.5 Removing someone. The first person to register a company is recorded as the company contact and is told by email when a new colleague joins. The company contact can remove a member directly in the People screen. Any member can ask us to remove someone by contacting support (section 18). Removal takes effect on that person's next request. It does not delete a mailbox on your domain; only you can do that.
3.2.6 Two roles only. Members, described above, and super admins, who are WP Creative staff. Super admins can view any company and any report for support, sales follow-up you have asked for, dispute handling and abuse control. Every super admin access is logged.
3.2.7 Residual risk. We tell you plainly: domain-based access is convenient and carries a risk that someone with a mailbox on your domain sees more than you intended. Reports contain findings about public websites and aggregates you chose to connect, not customer records. We have accepted this trade-off to keep the service frictionless. If a dispute arises we will resolve it as described in section 5.6.
4. Messages we send you
4.1 By holding an active account you agree to receive two kinds of email from us:
- Service messages. Report ready, report shared with you, colleague joined your company, connection problems, security notices, changes to these terms. These are part of running the service and continue for as long as your account exists.
- Newsletter and product updates. News about PostCliq features, guidance on website performance, and updates from WP Creative. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any message or in your settings. Unsubscribing does not affect service messages.
4.2 Every commercial message we send identifies WP Creative as the sender and contains a working unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We act on unsubscribe requests within five business days.
4.3 We record your acceptance of these terms with the date, the terms version and where you accepted them.
4.4 PostCliq is offered to businesses in Australia. If you are outside Australia and your local law requires a separate opt-in for marketing email, unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in the first message and we will send you service messages only.
5. Audits: what we do and what you promise
5.1 What an audit is
5.1.1 An audit is a read-only crawl of the public pages of the website address you enter, followed by automated checks and analysis. It behaves like a careful visitor. It identifies itself with the user agent PostCliqBot and a link to postcliq.com/bot, which explains what the crawler does and how to slow it down or block it.
5.1.2 An audit does not:
- bypass a login, paywall, firewall, CAPTCHA or any other access control;
- submit forms, add items to a cart, start a checkout, send test emails or create accounts on the site;
- attempt to exploit, guess passwords or probe for vulnerabilities;
- change anything on the site.
5.1.3 We respect robots.txt and standard rate-limit signals. We cap the pages, bytes and time an audit uses. If a site blocks us, the report says what could not be assessed.
5.2 What you promise
5.2.1 You confirm that you are permitted to request an audit of the site you enter. That means one of the following is true: you own the site, you act for its owner (for example as its agency or contractor), or the site is public and you are assessing it in the ordinary course of business.
5.2.2 You will not enter a site with the intention of harming it, overloading it or gathering information for an unlawful purpose.
5.2.3 You are responsible for how you use the report, including any claims you make to a client based on it.
5.3 One record per site across PostCliq
5.3.1 Each website (by its canonical domain, with www and http or https treated as the same) exists once on PostCliq. The company that adds it first holds it.
5.3.2 If your company tries to add a site another company already holds, you will see a neutral message asking you to get the report shared with you by your colleague or agency partner, or to contact support. We will not tell you who holds it.
5.3.3 Domain-match access. If your verified email domain matches a site's domain (for example [email protected] and the site client.com), you automatically get read-only viewer access to that site's report, even if an agency holds the site. You see that report only, not the agency's other sites. This lets an agency's client see their own site's report without a separate share.
5.3.4 A domain-match viewer who wants to run audits or connect data for that site can ask us to transfer the site. We handle transfers manually and may ask both parties for confirmation. Where the parties disagree, we decide in good faith, giving weight to who controls the domain.
5.4 Cadence and fair use
5.4.1 Each site can be audited once per rolling seven days, regardless of who requests it. This is because each audit costs us money. We may move to a monthly cadence with notice.
5.4.2 We apply rate limits per user, company, site and network address. We may ask you to complete a human check before an audit runs.
5.5 Refusing or stopping an audit
5.5.1 We may refuse, pause or stop an audit at any time. Reasons include: the site is not public, the address points at a private network, the site operator has asked us not to crawl, the audit would exceed our safety limits, we suspect abuse, or our monthly budget has been reached. Where we can, we will tell you why.
5.5.2 If we stop an audit before a usable report exists, any allowance it used is returned.
5.6 Disputes about a site or a domain
If two parties claim the same site or the same company domain, contact support. We will look at the access log and the domain records, may ask for evidence, and may transfer or split access. Our decision is final for the purposes of the service, without affecting any legal rights either party has outside PostCliq.
6. Reports and sharing
6.1 Reports are private. A report is visible only to members of the company that holds the site, to people you share it with, to people with domain-match access (section 5.3.3) and to WP Creative super admins.
6.2 Sharing. Any member can share a report by entering an email address. The recipient receives an email that names the sharer and the site, with no findings or figures. They must sign in to view it. A recipient who is not in your company gets read-only access to that one report, for 90 days by default, renewable. Any member of the holding company can revoke a share.
6.3 No public links, exports or attachments. We do not offer public or unlisted report links, PDF or spreadsheet exports, or report content by email. This is deliberate. It keeps findings about a business inside people who have identified themselves.
6.4 What you may do with a report. Use it to improve the site, brief your team or your client, and decide what to fix. You may take notes and screenshots for that purpose.
6.5 What you may not do. Do not scrape, copy in bulk, resell or republish reports or findings. Do not build a competing service from them. Do not present PostCliq output as a certification or audit opinion from WP Creative. Do not remove the "Estimate" and coverage labels when you relay a finding.
6.6 We cannot stop onward disclosure. A signed-in person can still photograph or retype what they see. We control the product's distribution paths. We do not promise to prevent every onward disclosure by someone you shared with.
7. Estimates, scores and AI
7.1 Estimates are estimates. Where a report shows an "estimated opportunity" range, it is a modelled figure built from a third-party traffic estimate, a governed benchmark conversion rate and a sector default deal value, or from numbers you entered. The assumptions are listed in the help panel beside the figure. The range is not measured lost revenue, a forecast, a valuation or financial advice. The method is described at postcliq.com/methodology.
7.2 Scores are indicators. Scores summarise the checks we could run on the pages we could reach. A high score does not mean a site is secure, compliant or fully optimised. A low score does not mean a site is failing. Coverage labels show what was and was not assessed.
7.3 AI assistance. Page content and evidence collected during an audit are analysed by large language models supplied by third parties, currently OpenAI. The models classify pages, find and explain problems and draft suggested actions. They do not decide traffic, conversion rates, prices or scores; those are computed by our code from sourced inputs.
7.4 AI output can be wrong. Every published finding must point to evidence you can inspect. Treat suggested rewrites as drafts. Check any change before you make it. AI output is assistance, not certification.
7.5 We do not use your content or data to train AI models. Our AI provider's API terms state that data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default, and we rely on that setting. See Privacy Policy section 9.
7.6 No guarantee of outcomes. Acting on a report may or may not improve your results. Many factors affect a website's performance that no audit can see.
7A. Industry benchmarks built from audits
7A.1 Why this section exists
7A.1.1 A finding is more useful when you can see whether your number is normal for your industry. That needs a benchmark.
7A.1.2 There is no benchmark we can licence. We checked every dataset we could find for Australian business-to-business conversion rates. None of them publishes an Australian figure, none measures the same thing we measure, and the commercial ones do not allow us to republish their numbers. The reasoning is recorded at postcliq.com/methodology.
7A.1.3 So the only honest way to have a benchmark is to build one from the audits we run, with the agreement of the businesses whose audits they are. This section is how you allow that, and what we promise in return.
7A.2 What you agree to, if you switch contribution on
7A.2.1 Contribution is off unless you turn it on. If you switch it on, you agree that we may use measurements taken during audits of your sites, in aggregated and de-identified form, to build industry benchmarks; to show those benchmarks inside PostCliq reports; and to publish them, for example in research, guidance and marketing.
7A.2.2 This is the only purpose in these terms for which your measurements leave your own reporting. Nothing else in this section changes what your company sees or what other people can see about you.
7A.3 What is included
7A.3.1 Measurements only, and only these kinds:
- Aggregate funnel measurements. Sessions, enquiries, the rate between them, and the same for the other steps we measure. Totals and rates for a period, never a record for a visitor.
- Page and category-level performance. How a type of page performs, for example a pricing page or a service page compared with the rest of a site.
- Check results. The outcomes of the technical and content checks a report is built from, counted as pass, fail and rate.
- Sector and country. The industry category we classify the site into, and the country.
- Period. The dates the measurement covers.
7A.3.2 We do not include a business size band at this time. If we ever add one, we will tell you first, because smaller groups raise re-identification risk.
7A.4 What is never included
7A.4.1 We never include:
- your name, your company's name, your brand name, your email address, or anyone else's;
- your domain, your URLs, your screenshots or anything else that names or shows your site;
- your figures on their own. Your site's numbers are only ever used as one contribution inside a pooled cell built from many businesses. We do not publish a cell that shows, or lets someone work out, the figures for a single business;
- the business numbers you type into the scenario model, such as your deal value or your margin;
- anything about your visitors or your customers. We do not collect individual visitor records, lead names or form messages (section 8.5), so there is nothing of that kind to contribute;
- anything a report contains about a site your company does not hold.
7A.4.2 Your own report, your own figures and your own findings are never shown to any other customer, in any form, at any cohort size.
7A.5 What we promise about how it is done
7A.5.1 These are commitments, not internal preferences:
- Aggregation. A published cell is a summary of a group. There is no row per business in anything we publish.
- A minimum group size. At least 30 independent businesses contribute to a cell before we publish it.
- No single business dominating a cell. We limit how much of a cell any one business can account for, so one large site cannot define an industry figure.
- A re-identification review. Before a cell is published, a named reviewer checks whether anyone could work backwards from it to a business. The reviewer and the result are recorded against the cell.
- Completed periods only. We publish finished periods, so a cell cannot be matched to a single recent audit.
- Passing the threshold is not enough. If the reviewer thinks a cell could be traced back to a business, it is not published, even though the numbers allow it.
7A.6 The limit we will not hide
7A.6.1 De-identified is not the same as anonymous. Aggregate figures built from small groups can sometimes be worked backwards, especially in a narrow sector in a small market like Australia. The 30-business threshold and the review exist because that risk is real, not because it is zero.
7A.6.2 We will not tell you that re-identification is impossible. We will tell you what we do to make it unlikely, we will not publish a cell we are uneasy about, and we say so in the Privacy Policy as well (section 9A).
7A.7 How to switch it on, and off again
7A.7.1 Contribution is off by default. Without contributions there is no benchmark, and without a benchmark no PostCliq customer sees an industry comparison, so we will ask you once. We will not prompt you about it in the product more than once a year.
7A.7.2 The control is a single switch in Settings, under Company, labelled "Contribute to industry benchmarks". Any member of your company can use it. It takes effect straight away. Until that switch is shown in your account, contribution is off. You can also ask us to turn it on or off by emailing support (section 18), and we will do it within five business days.
7A.7.3 Switching it off, or never switching it on, is free and carries no penalty. Your allowances, your audits, your cadence, your support and your access to any published benchmark are all exactly the same. Your own report does not lose a single finding, score or figure. We will not ask you why.
7A.7.4 What happens to measurements already contributed. If you switch contribution off, we stop using your company's measurements within 30 days. Every cell we build after that excludes them. Cells already published stay as published: they are pooled summaries of at least 30 businesses, they do not identify you, and we cannot recall a figure that is already in the world. We will not rebuild and republish history to remove a single contribution, and we will not pretend otherwise.
7A.8 Ownership of the benchmarks
7A.8.1 The benchmarks we build are ours. Contributing does not give you a share in them, a fee, or a right to use them beyond the use every PostCliq customer gets. It also does not cost you anything.
7A.8.2 If we ever charge for access to benchmark data as a product in its own right, or license it to a third party, we will tell you before we do and re-present this choice, and switching off will still be free.
8. Connected data
8.1 You may choose to connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console or Microsoft Clarity. Google Ads and Meta Ads connections are planned. A WordPress connection is planned and is not yet available. Connecting is optional. A public audit works without it.
8.2 Connections are read-only. We request read-only permissions and our systems only read. We never change your analytics, campaigns or website through a connection.
8.3 You confirm that you have authority to connect the property or site you choose, and that you are entitled to share its reporting data with your PostCliq company. If you connect a client's property, you confirm the client has authorised this.
8.4 Signing in with Google does not connect any data. Connecting is a separate step where you pick the exact property.
8.5 When you connect, we import the available history for the property (Search Console up to about 16 months, Analytics as far back as the property allows) and keep it, as aggregates, while your account is active. We do not import individual visitor records, lead names, form messages or user lists.
8.6 You can disconnect at any time in the provider's account settings or in PostCliq. Disconnecting stops new imports and deletes the access token. Deleting the saved history is a separate choice, so a disconnect does not silently destroy your trend data.
9. Referrals and partner tiers
9.1 You can invite people to PostCliq with your invite link or by sharing a report. A referral counts when the invited person verifies an email, joins or creates a company and completes their first audit (or gains domain-match access and views a report, where a site was already held).
9.2 Rewards are additional platform allowances only: extra audit runs or extra site slots. They are never money, credit against WP Creative services, or a commission. Current rewards are shown in the product and may change with notice. Rewards are capped at 10 rewarded referrals per company per month.
9.3 We may reverse rewards, with a reason, where we believe they were obtained by self-referral, fake accounts, coordinated gaming or another breach of these terms.
9.4 Partner tiers are set by WP Creative at its discretion (section 2.4). They are a working relationship signal, not a payment for introductions. Nothing in PostCliq creates an agency, referral fee or commission arrangement.
10. WP Creative's role
10.1 PostCliq is built and operated by WP Creative, a web design and development agency in Sydney. We run it because it helps businesses find what to fix and helps some of them decide to work with us.
10.2 Contacting WP Creative through the product is optional. If you click "Talk to WP Creative", you open our contact page. No report data travels in that link.
10.3 We do not send your findings to WP Creative's sales team unless you explicitly choose to share selected findings with us using the control provided in the product. Opening our website is not that consent. WP Creative staff who are super admins may view a report for support, dispute handling or where you have asked us for help.
10.4 Partner agencies' client sites are not used by WP Creative to approach those clients.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use PostCliq to attack, overload or harm any website or network;
- enter addresses that point at private networks, internal services or systems you are not permitted to assess;
- circumvent allowances, rate limits or the one-record-per-site rule, including with multiple accounts or disposable domains;
- scrape, copy in bulk or automate access to PostCliq;
- reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows;
- upload or enter unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
- impersonate another person or company, or register a domain you do not control;
- use the service in breach of any law, including privacy, spam and consumer law.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 PostCliq, its software, design, methodology, check catalogue, copy and brand are owned by WP Creative or its licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms.
12.2 Your website content, connected data and the business numbers you enter remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them to provide the service, improve our checks in aggregate and anonymised form, and comply with the law.
12.3 Reports are generated for you. You may use them as described in section 6. We keep the right to reuse the underlying anonymised and aggregated patterns across the service.
12.4 Public web pages we crawl belong to their owners. We store bounded excerpts and screenshots as evidence for your report and delete them on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
13. Availability and changes to the service
13.1 PostCliq is a free service. We do not offer a service level agreement or uptime guarantee on it. We aim to keep it available and to tell you about planned downtime, but we may suspend, change or withdraw features at any time.
13.2 Third-party providers we rely on (hosting, database, AI, email, Google, Microsoft) can fail or change. Where a provider is unavailable, a report may be partial. The report says which checks are missing.
13.3 We may retire the service. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email where practicable and tell you how to request your data before it is deleted.
14. Suspension and ending your account
14.1 You can leave at any time. Delete your account in settings, or ask support. Deleting a company deletes its sites, reports, connections and history for every member, so it is limited to the company contact and needs re-authentication.
14.2 We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we suspect abuse or fraud, if the law requires it, or if we retire the service. Where fair, we will warn you first.
14.3 Ending an account ends the newsletter and service messages, except for a final confirmation and any message the law requires.
15. Liability
15.1 Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
15.2 To the extent the law allows, and except for those guarantees:
- PostCliq is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of PostCliq or reliance on a report.
- Our total liability to you in connection with PostCliq is limited to AUD 100 or, where a consumer guarantee applies and permits it, to resupplying the service.
15.3 You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of section 5.2 (permission to audit a site), section 8.3 (authority to connect data) or section 11 (acceptable use), except to the extent we caused the loss.
15.4 Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Changes to these terms
16.1 We may change these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not agree, delete your account before the date.
16.2 The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Earlier versions are available on request.
17. General
17.1 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts that hear appeals from them.
17.2 Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about PostCliq. They replace any earlier terms for PostCliq.
17.3 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a related company or a buyer of the service, with notice.
17.4 Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply.
17.5 No waiver. If we do not enforce a clause today, we can still enforce it later.
17.6 Notices. We send notices to the email on your account. You send notices to the address in section 18.
