Open the question mark.
What it means, how it works, where the evidence comes from and what assumptions apply. Keep the overview calm; keep the working available.
See the methodologyPostCliq is a free website audit, and the Revenue Leak Report is the website audit report it gives you after reading your public pages: a health score, an opportunity range where the inputs exist, three quick wins, and the evidence behind each. This page walks through it top to bottom.
Audit your websiteThe report opens with a website health score out of 100, a coverage chip that says how much of the site was assessed, the opportunity range with its Estimate chip, and three quick wins as one-line headlines. That is deliberately all. Everything else, the category scores, the full findings, the evidence, the page-level detail, is one click deeper. The screen is composed so a screenshot of the top is safe to share.
Enquiry journey, speed, content clarity, search visibility, accessibility, technical trust and AI readiness. Each ring shows a number only when at least sixty per cent of its checks could run; otherwise it shows not assessed. The enquiry journey is weighted most, because the report exists to find what stops a visitor enquiring, not to grade a website in the abstract.
A check that could not run is reported as not assessed, never as a pass.
Where a sourced traffic estimate and a governed benchmark exist, the report models what closing the enquiry-rate gap could be worth each month, as a range. Open the help icon and every input is listed with its source. Replace any of them with your own numbers and the range recomputes. It is an estimate and it is labelled one; it never claims a measured loss.
| Assumption | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly sessions | 10,000 | Traffic estimate |
| Enquiry rate today | 2.0% | Governed benchmark |
| Target enquiry rate | 2.2 to 2.4% | Illustrative lift |
| Qualified | 40% | Sector default |
| Won | 25% | Sector default |
| First contract | $5k | Sector default |
Replace any row with your own numbers and the range recomputes. It is never measured lost revenue.
Open a quick win and you get the page, the observation, a screenshot or excerpt, the date, the consequence for enquiries, the specific action and how to verify it on the next audit. Provisional questions the AI raised but could not confirm are grouped separately and never counted as findings.
Every finding carries all four. No evidence, no finding.

A short answer to what to do next, then the evidence. A good report ranks its findings by effect on the business, shows the page and the observation behind each, says what to change and how to check it worked, and states what it could not assess. The Revenue Leak Report is built in that order: three quick wins first, then scores with their coverage, then every finding.
Yes. Invite them by email; they sign in and see the same report, read-only. Each finding names the page, shows the evidence and gives a specific action, so it reads like a ticket. Our guide to briefing a website fix covers the rest of the handover.
Because the inputs for one do not exist yet, and a missing figure is more honest than a guessed one. The range needs either a sourced traffic estimate above a minimum floor plus a benchmark for your sector, or your own sessions, enquiry rate and deal value, or connected Google Analytics. The empty money slot has a help icon that names what is missing and offers "Add your numbers".
They say how much to trust the number. Estimate means a modelled range from sourced inputs. Measured means the figure came from your connected Google Analytics. Your estimates means it rests on numbers you entered with few enquiries behind them. Not assessed means the checks could not run. Every chip has a help icon that lists the inputs and their sources.
No, and that is deliberate. Reports need a sign-in, are shared by email invitation and never leave as a file or a public link, because a report says things about a business. The top of the report is composed so a screenshot is safe to paste into a deck: every figure on it carries its qualifier.
Twelve months while your account is active, with the oldest editions deleted first and the option to delete earlier. Screenshots behind the evidence are kept for thirty days and raw crawl data for seven; the report keeps small evidence excerpts so a finding still makes sense after that.
You see a first look at your homepage while the full audit runs, and you create your free account in the same wait. The full report depends on how many public pages your site has and how quickly it responds; the progress strip shows real stages, not an invented countdown.
It does not fix your site, run your ads, guarantee results or certify security. It does not see behind a login or inside your CMS. It does not claim to have measured revenue you lost. It finds what a careful visitor would trip over, shows the evidence, and tells you what to change first.
